Ciudadpulga offers a SaaS warehouse management platform (P.U.L.G.A.) for companies in the logistics sector in Argentina. The service includes inventory control modules, heat maps, and route optimization in distribution centers. Access is subject to contracting a current plan and compliance with these conditions.
The user agrees to: (a) provide truthful information during registration; (b) maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials; (c) not use the platform for illegal activities or those exceeding the contracted capacity; (d) immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account. Ciudadpulga is not responsible for damages arising from the breach of these obligations.
The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of continuous availability or error-free operation. Ciudadpulga shall not be liable for: (a) service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events; (b) data loss resulting from user actions or third-party failures; (c) indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits. The maximum liability in any case is limited to the value of the current monthly subscription.
All software, documentation, interfaces, and platform content are the property of Ciudadpulga or its licensors. The user obtains a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the service for the duration of their subscription. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistribution of the software without express authorization is prohibited.
The contract has a monthly or annual term depending on the plan contracted. Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' prior written notice. Ciudadpulga may immediately suspend access in the event of serious breaches, such as fraudulent use or violation of intellectual property. Upon termination, the user must export their data within 15 business days; after that period, the information will be securely deleted.
Ciudadpulga reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of them.
